Nimi
A vibrant web3 project enabling communities to create and showcase their identity with on-chain profile pages.
I was responsible for the full Webflow development, creating playful animations and interactive details across the site to match the energetic tone of the brand and appeal to a creative crypto audience.

The problem
Nimi gives people an on-chain identity page (NFTs, socials, links) and had to sell that to a crypto audience that has seen a hundred link-in-bio products. A neutral, corporate site would have read as one more of them. It also had to carry a product tour, a feature breakdown and an FAQ without turning into documentation.
What I did
I built the full site in Webflow, with playful animation and interactive detail across every section to match the brand's energy. The page is long by design, twenty-one sections walking through the product, so the motion does the work of pacing it, giving each idea its own beat instead of dropping the whole tour on one screen.
The outcome
Measured in September 2026, the site reaches first contentful paint in 0.7s and finishes loading in 1.1s, across 21 sections and 119 images. Carrying that much imagery at that speed was the constraint the build was designed around.
In short
- Diogo Ferreira built the full Nimi website in Webflow, including its animation and interactive detail.
- Nimi is a Web3 identity product that lets people publish a profile page showing their NFT collections and social profiles.
- The Nimi site runs 21 sections and 119 images and still reaches first contentful paint in about 0.7 seconds.
Questions
Can a Webflow site handle 119 images without getting slow?
This one does: first contentful paint at 0.7 seconds, fully loaded at 1.1. It comes down to what loads when. Images below the fold are deferred, and the animation is attached to sections rather than run globally.
Does heavy animation hurt performance?
Not inherently. What hurts is animating everything, all the time, on the main thread. Scoping motion to the sections that need pacing keeps it off the critical path.
Can you match an existing brand's tone rather than impose a house style?
That is most of the job. Nimi is playful and slightly irreverent; the motion reflects that. A financial literacy site in the same hands looks nothing like it.
